So a few days ago I had an issue with the new GHUB, it completely deleted all my blue voice presets and wouldn't let me download any. Apply Some Preliminary Fixes You should first rule out minor glitches preventing the LGHUB client from fully loading. Logitech support would not help me and said to fill out a feedback form. To do that, apply the following fixes: Close the Logitech G HUB client first. Open Windows Task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and go to the Details tab. Open the system task tray, right-click the client's icon, and click Quit. That was ridiculous so I spent the whole day trying to fix it, and accidentally found one of my old installers from an old drive which I ran, and SOMEHOW, it did not auto update like the other old download installers provided by logitech did, so guys, enjoy this old GHUB installer all you like! Go to folder C:WindowsSystem32logidenoise and remove everything inside (very important) Uninstall Logitech G Hub normally through add/remove programs from Windows (Windows key + X then click Apps. Just make sure once you are done, go to GHUB settings and turn off auto updates in the top right. It will stay as a downgraded GHUB forever, as it should. I don't know why this specific installer I had on my drive didn't update, but let's just be glad.
